American Idol is trying to up their ratings by hiring big names in the music industry. Hmmm. How will that work out this year?
Not so well if early auditions are any indication. They got into it with Nicki supposedly saying she would ?knock her (Mariah) out.?
Who is surprised by this? Makes for great free publicity though.
In the video released by TMZ, you see Nicki going off with Keith Urban stuck between the two warring divas. In the FG you see the head of executive producer Nigel Lithgoe, also a judge/producer on So You Think You Can Dance.
Evidently they cancelled the rest of the day of shooting to let them cool down. I don?t think that will be enough.
Idol is about to turn into a version of the ?Real Housewives?. It will be more about the judges than the contestants.
